NYSM (Now You See Me) is the video-first recruitment platform, an innovation of KinetiKx Venture Studios. This notice explains how we handle personal data on nysm.me and the NYSM platform.

Account details you provide (name, contact details, and profile information), the content you create (CVs, scripts and Video CVs), and technical data such as device and usage information needed to run the service.

For recruiters, we also process company and team details and the job posts you create.

To provide and improve the platform: building your profile, generating scripts and subtitles, producing match reports, and enabling recruiters and candidates to connect. We process data on the basis of your consent and to perform our service to you.

We do not train models on your Seemee voice captures.

Media is served over signed URLs, access is controlled by role, and we run quarterly security audits (OWASP Top 10, CWE Top 25, STRIDE). We apply consent-first handling on every form.

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and applicable regulations, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. For deployments in scope, GDPR rights apply.
